These terms govern your use of Shunayika Shorts, provided by Shunayika. By using it, you agree to them.
Access
Access is by approval and can be paused or ended at our discretion, for example for misuse or to protect the service. Daily limits may apply.
Your content
Only use videos you own or have permission to use, and follow the rules of the sites you link to and the platforms you post to. You keep all rights to your content; you give us permission to process it only to provide the service. Don't use the service for illegal, harmful, hateful or infringing content.
What we make
Transcripts, moments, titles, captions and Hinglish are produced automatically and may contain mistakes. Review shorts before you publish them; you're responsible for what you post.
Posting uses Instagram's official API and Instagram's terms apply. You can disconnect at any time.
Availability
The service is provided "as is", without warranties. We aren't liable for indirect losses or for content lost after the 24-hour retention period. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months (if any).
Software
The software is proprietary: © 2026 Shunayika. All rights reserved. Don't copy, scrape or reverse-engineer it. Open-source components keep their own licences.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
